Shipping usually takes 8-10 business days depending on your location. Tents are shipped on a flat rate basis. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are on an increased flat rate basis that is different than the other lower 48 due to the location. The shipping company will contact to schedule a delivery date and time, as it must be signed at the time of delivery. Missing the delivery date schedule and re-delivery may incur additional charges.
M.I.A. Tents must have a valid phone number prior to your tent leaving our facility. An appointment will need to be scheduled and the LTL driver may need to contact you during the delivery process. When your tent arrives please inspect the outer packaging thoroughly to ensure the shipper did their job. The tent’s outer box should be free of any major damage.
Due to the large size and shipping costs we can only accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and condition, within 30 days of purchase, and with receipt. Customer is responsible for arranging shipping and covering related shipping cost of item(s) back to our warehouse. Please note, the original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. Refunds can take 3-5 business days after receipt of product and is based on the condition of the product after full inspection. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RMA number must be included on box in order for refund to be issued. Please contact M.I.A. Outdoors for RMA number, more details, and to initiate the return process. For your records, please select a trackable shipping method for your accessories being returned, such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS to monitor your return or exchange until complete. If possible, use the original shipping package.
Refunds Or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Your credit card will reflect the purchase amount without shipping fees on your following statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
